Ferry line Orebic – Korcula – foot passengers service update
According to Agencija Za Obalni Linijski Pomorski Promet , from 13.11.2011 ferry company ‘Mediteranska plovidba’ from Korčula will cease to serve foot passenger ferry line Orebic – Korcula.
Since 1989 the ferry line no 614, connecting Orebić at Pelješac Pennsula with Korčula Town was served

Orebic and Mokalo Campsites won prizes for excellence: At the main General Conference of Croatian Camping Union, that was held couple days ago in Opatija, it has been announced that campsites Nevio from Orebic and Adriatic Camp from Mokalo received prestigious camping excelence prize, given by German auto-club ADAC. read more

Missing Climber at Sveti Ilija Mountain: Mr Modistach, 25, went missing on September 8, 2005 when he went to climb the mountain of Sveti Ilija on the southern Adriatic peninsula of Peljesac while on holiday in Croatia with two friends.
